Sponsor & Exhibitor Opportunities

Help Support our Work

The Institute for Applied Ecology invites you to support the 2027 National Native Seed Conference as a sponsor, exhibitor, or both! Sponsors are recognized throughout the conference and in advertising materials before and after the event. The sooner you sign up, the greater the visibility!

About the conference: The National Native Seed Conference is focused entirely on the science, policy, and practice of producing and effectively using native seed to restore ecosystems and habitats. Past meetings have been held in 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2023, 2024, and 2025 in Utah, New Mexico, Washington DC, and Arizona. Attendees are a mix of agency (research and management), industry (seed companies), university, and NGO (conservation, restoration, etc.) professionals. We anticipate 500-600 attendees in Portland, OR in 2027.

Sponsoring or exhibiting at NNSC demonstrates your organization’s commitment to ecological restoration, biodiversity, resilient seed systems, Indigenous leadership and stewardship, and the long-term support and growth of the native seed community. Exhibitors and sponsors have the opportunity to connect directly with restoration practitioners and decision-makers, showcase products and innovations, build relationships across a highly engaged professional network, and increase visibility before, during, and after the conference.

Help make this valuable event possible through a financial contribution that demonstrates leadership and your organization’s commitment to this critical conservation issue!

If you’re looking for even more ways to support the conference, consider a sponsorship add-on, detailed below and in the prospectus.
