Volunteer

There are many opportunities to volunteer with IAE throughout the year, whether in the Northwest (Oregon) or Southwest (New Mexico) area of the country. Volunteers work with us on a number of projects, including rare plant monitoring, seed collecting and cleaning, planting events, native plant propagation, invasive species removal, data entry, chaperoning field trips, and more! Together, we can help IAE grow and advance our mission. As volunteers, you are a vital part of the IAE community, and your service will ensure our native habitats will thrive. A huge thank you in advance, for joining us!

How to Sign Up

Subscribe below to either the Northwest (Corvallis, Oregon Office) or the Southwest (Santa Fe, New Mexico)  volunteer lists, below. You will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. IAE will never share your information. For more information, call (541) 753-3099, or email the event organizer in the event on our calendar.

Volunteer Release Form

Before or on the day you volunteer, please fill out the IAE Volunteer Release Form linked below. IAE staff will also have paper copies on the day of the event. This form is required so that we have your emergency contact, and must be filled out annually.

Thank you for taking action for restoration! Your work helps pollinators, other wildlife, and all of us.
