The Institute for Applied Ecology invites you to support the National Native Seed Conference as a sponsor. Sponsoring the conference demonstrates leadership and a commitment from your organization to this critical conservation issue. Sponsors are recognized throughout the conference and in advertising materials before and after the event. The sooner you sign up, the greater the visibility.
About the conference: The National Native Seed Conference is focused entirely on the science, policy, and practice of producing and effectively using native seed to restore ecosystems and habitats. Past meetings have been held in 2010, 2013, 2015, 2017, and 2023 in Utah, New Mexico, and Washington DC. We expect 600 attendees in 2025; attendees are a mix of agency (research and management), industry (seed companies), university, and NGO (conservation, restoration, etc.) professionals. Swag and Promotional
- NNSC25 Lanyards – $1,200
Provide branded lanyards for all NNSC25 attendees, speakers, and staff. Eco-friendly bamboo lanyards with single-color double-sided printing featuring your logo and the NNSC25 logo. Limited to one sponsor.
- NNSC25 Cotton Tote Bags – $2,000
Provide branded tote bags for all NNSC25 attendees, speakers, and staff. Eco-friendly, sturdy cotton tote bags with single-color printing on front and back, featuring your logo and the NNSC25 logo on one side, and artwork by a local Tucson, Arizona artist on the other. Limited to one sponsor.
- NNSC25 Notebooks and Pens – up to $5,000
Provide branded notebooks and pens for all NNSC25 attendees, speakers, and staff. Eco-friendly, recycled material, featuring your logo and the NNSC25 logo printed on the front of the notebook and on the pens (if applicable). Notebooks will feature lined paper, saddle or spiral bound, made from bamboo and sugarcane material, with full color printing on the front cover; pens will be clicker pens made from recycled milk cartons, with single color printing on the barrel. Up to two sponsors.
- Promotional Video Time – $500
Add additional time to your promotional video opportunity, or add on video to the Prickly Pear or Agave level sponsorships.
Food and Beverage
- Poster Reception Open Bar – $1,400
Sponsor the open bar at the Tuesday night poster reception. Bar will feature beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic soft drinks for purchase. Sponsorship includes biodegradable, post-consumer recycled cocktail napkins featuring the NNSC25 logo. Your sponsorship will be announced at the event, and will be advertised in the program and on promotional materials for the poster reception. Limited to one sponsor.
- Custom Cocktail/Mocktail – $200
Sponsor a custom cocktail or mocktail at the Tuesday night poster reception’s open bar! Your sponsorship will be advertised on the bar menu or with a small tabletop sign at the reception. Limited to three sponsors.
- Beverage Breaks – $5,200 per day, or $3,500 Morning Break / $1,800 Afternoon Break
Provide assorted hot beverages for NNSC25 attendees, speakers, and staff. Includes hot regular and decaffeinated coffee, and assorted hot teas. Limited to two to four sponsors, one to two sponsors per day.
- Breakfast Buffet – $12,000+ per day
Provide a delicious continental breakfast spread for all NNSC25 attendees, speakers, and staff. Continental breakfast includes seasonal fruit, a variety of freshly baked breakfast breads and pastries, bagels and cream cheese, butter, jams, fruit preserves, and honey; and fresh coffee, tea, and chilled orange, apple, and grapefruit juices. Additional breakfast options available for an additional sponsorship fee. Limited to two sponsors, one per day.

Fun
- Exhibitor Passport Game – $700
Sponsor a fun exhibit hall game! This game provides attendees with a small passport booklet in which they can collect stamps from visiting and engaging with exhibits. Once an attendee fills their passport, it becomes a raffle ticket which they can turn in for a chance to win fun prizes! This game is designed to encourage attendees to engage and chat with exhibitors. Sponsorship includes your logo printed on the exhibit hall passport; your sponsorship will also be included in the program and announced during exhibit hall hours. Up to ten sponsors. We are also accepting prize donations for this passport game! Contact us to learn more.
- Bathroom Mirror Clings – $500
This fun addition sponsors mirror clings to be put up in our venue’s bathrooms which promote your business and NNSC25; the goal is to encourage attendees to take a mirror selfie to post to social media and promote NNSC25’s mission. We plan to work with a local Tucson artist to create visually beautiful designs for these!
