Scholarship Information

Scholarships open August 22, 2024 through November 3, 2024.

Application review will be in November and decisions will be sent in early December.

The National Native Seed Conference (NNSC) aims to connect Research, Industry, Land Management, and Restoration professionals dedicated to the preservation, restoration, and sustainable use of native plants and their seeds. The NNSC serves as a critical platform for sharing knowledge, advancing research, and fostering collaboration among those passionate about native seed initiatives and policies.

We understand that conferences can be cost prohibitive for many people. The scholarship application process is an opportunity for individuals, especially those from underrepresented communities or with limited financial resources, to gain access to this invaluable experience. We especially encourage indigenous individuals and tribal members, as well as those working for tribal organizations, to apply.

Whether you are a student, early-career professional, or seasoned practitioner, this conference offers a unique chance to enhance your knowledge, skills, and connections in the native seed community. By joining the National Native Seed Conference, you will join a community dedicated to restoring and preserving our natural landscapes, contributing to a more sustainable and biodiverse future.
