National Native Seed Conference Exhibitors

Exhibitor Information

The Institute for Applied Ecology invites you to promote your business, organization, products, technology, or equipment at the National Native Seed Conference. The National Native Seed Conference is focused entirely on the science, policy, and practice of producing and effectively using native seed to restore ecosystems and habitats. Past meetings have been held in 2010, 2013, 2015, and 2017 in Utah, New Mexico, and Washington D.C. We expect 350 attendees in 2023; attendees are a mix of agency (research and management), industry (seed companies), university, and NGO (conservation, restoration, etc.) professionals.

Exhibitor registration costs $1,000* and includes one conference registration. Registration also includes exposure through our Whova phone and web app, which has opportunities to engage conference attendees and generate leads. Additional registrations can be added on at the early early bird registration rate ($495). Exhibitors will be capped at 10 and be included on a first come first served basis. Details on exhibit space and schedule are below:

Exhibit space includes:

  • 6’ table, 2 chairs, wastebasket
  • Wireless internet access
  • Electrical outlets upon request
  • Additional AV equipment must be secured by the exhibitor

Exhibit schedule:

  • Monday: Move-in
  • Tuesday: Morning break, Afternoon break, Evening exhibit and Poster session
  • Wednesday: Morning break and Afternoon break
  • Thursday: Morning break
  • Thursday afternoon: Move-out
