Seeds of Success for the Bureau of Land Management, Northwest Oregon District: 2016 Annual Report

This report to the Bureau of Land Management summarizes actions taken in 2016 in support of seed collection for the BLM’s Seeds of Success Program. All seed collection occurred at time of natural dispersal of common species in mid-elevation prairies in the Cascades foothills east of the Willamette Valley. Actions included scouting for appropriate populations, hand collection, seed cleaning, and coordination with partners.
