This management plan for Lupine Meadows was prepared for Greenbelt Land Trust and provides a description of the site and lays out objectives and actions needed to achieve a set of desired future conditions.  The plan assesses the current condition of the site, describing a site vision, identifying goals and specific objectives overall and for each habitat type, outlining phases of restoration work, and identifying on-going management and monitoring needs.  A primary goal of this plan is to identify needs and tasks for maintaining or expanding existing biological resources, such as Kincaid’s lupine and Fender’s blue butterfly, other rare species and significant habitats, and recommend steps for increasing native biodiversity.  The plan also discusses how to conduct educational activities at the site without impacting the significant resources present on the property.
