Administrative Assistant

Abby is the Administrative Assistant for the Southwest Branch of the Institute for Applied Ecology. She maintains office functionality and fleet vehicles, as well as assisting the finance team with operations. Originally from Washington, Abby grew up frolicking in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. She earned her Bachelors of Arts from The Evergreen State College, where she deepened her love for ecology and the natural world. She moved to New Mexico in 2018 with her husband and has since made the Land of Enchantment her home. Outside of work, she loves trying to decipher what her two cats and one dog are trying to communicate and retreating into nature for solitude and renewal.
