Annie is the Conservation in Prisons Program Manager in the NW office, working with adults in custody at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility to grow native plants for restoration of species and habitats. Her position provides valuable connections to nature to incarcerated adults via plant propagation and educational opportunities surrounding conservation, ecology, and land management. Annie’s background is largely in habitat restoration beginning in forested and chaparral ecosystems in California before moving to prairie-oak ecosystems in the Willamette Valley.

Annie earned her B.S. in Environmental Management and Protection with a Spanish minor from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
