ATLANTA, GA. USA– Computer scientists at the Georgia Center for Technical Advancement have announced a major breakthrough in artificial intelligence. The NextGen approach, dubbed GENIE.us.ai, has surpassed all intelligence, creativity, speed, and generative milestones set to date by major AI platforms and promises to revolutionize the field. By combining existing AI approaches with ancient technologies, the scientists have found a fresh approach that can even create matter from energy.
Jafar Iago, CFO of GENIE.us.ai, said the company plans to make the new AI service available to subscribers early in the next quarter.
“We’re pretty sure we have the enormous creative power of this technology contained and focused,” said Alladin Williams, CEO of the new GENIE.us.ai company. “But it’s crazy smart, I mean really genius and witty. But just to be safe we’re not making it public quite yet.”
The new AI tool is capable of astonishing acts of creativity. “Just yesterday,” said lead code writer Cassim Jasmine, “I accidentally left the voice command microphone on and said aloud, ‘I wish I had a strong cup of coffee,’ and ‘poof,’ one appeared! With cream!”
The turbo-charged ai uses deep learning while summoning a spirit with advanced abilities. “We hooked an old oil lamp up to the AI mainframe, gave the lamp a vigorous polish, and created the first computer-djinn hybrid,” said Jasmine. “We’re working on finding a source of antique lamps so we can bottle single-wish command prompts in a reusable container.”
The entire AI mainframe is also astonishingly compact and concentrates “phenomenal cosmic power into an itty bitty living space,” said Williams.
The company promises that GENIE.us.ai will be able to solve virtually any problem, but Jasmine warns it may likely stop short of being able to revive the dead. “That would just be wishful thinking,” she said. Also, the technology seems to have a fatal flaw. After three commands, the system shuts down permanently. “So, choose carefully,” said Jasmine. “And maybe don’t wish for coffee.”
