Jennifer is the Deputy Director of IAE and manages day-to-day operations while working closely with the Executive Director on organizational management. Jennifer earned an MBA from Willamette University, an MS in Ecology from University of Connecticut, and a BS in Biology from Willamette University. Her natural resources background has included work on rare plant conservation, invasive plant removal, and native plant propagation and restoration. Most recently she worked at Willamette University managing the Department of Biology operations, coordinating labs, directing science outreach and teaching biology.

When Jennifer is not busy at IAE, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jorge, hiking, kayaking, wildlife-watching and enjoying the natural world.
