This picturesque guided tour will lead you on an exploration through remnant wetland and upland prairies and oak savanna. Prairies are among the most threatened ecosystems in Oregon and support a unique array of plants and animals. Observe flourishing

prairie wildflowers and inspect threatened Kincaid's lupine and watch for Fender's blue butterflies at select restoration sites. Learn about prairie ecosystems, birds and the rich natural history of the local area. Gain knowledge about opportunities to enhance your property for native species.

Native Seed Production and Habitat Restoration on a Working Farm

Wednesday May 25th

Take a guided tour to see how much of this farm has been restored to improve wildlife habitat. We will look at various habitat areas and discuss the importance of providing habitat for our native pollinators, from nesting sites to floral sources that last throughout the growing season.
