Corvallis Waldorf School

Owens Farm, Greenbelt Land Trust

Students in the 5th grade at the Waldorf School have been active throughout the year working on restoring the Owens Farm property just north of Corvallis. In the fall, we took field trips to the site to discover the wet prairie ecosystem and to plant camas bulbs. This spring, the students are looking forward to planting the endangered Bradshaw’s lomatium that they are currently growing.
